- At the meeting point, our guides wait for travelers for no more than 5 minutes beyond the scheduled time. It’s not possible to join the group along the way (out of respect for other tour participants: the guide cannot be absent from the rest of the group to talk on the phone). We do not provide any sort of refund for late arrivals or early quits.
